Delete Your Data
Permanently remove your Lumero account and all associated data.
Before you proceed: You can delete your account directly from the Lumero app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Use this form only if you no longer have access to the app and need to request deletion manually.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently remove:
- Your account and phone number hash
- Your profile photo
- Your public encryption keys
- Your push notification tokens
- Any undelivered messages stored on our servers
- Analytics data associated with your account
Messages already delivered to other users' devices are stored locally on their devices and are not affected by this request. Disappearing message timers you have set will continue to function on recipients' devices.

Please provide the phone number associated with your Lumero account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
